On my 6 momnths old europiccola no water coming into group
Was working fine until few days ago; used alkaline water; decalcified but still the same. After long wait (3-5 mins) some water comes to group and can make coffee. Not possible to "purge" the head as no water coming out. Steam coming out OK.

Hi, I have the same problem, i bought mine this summer so we have had bad luck , we call it mondaysamples here in sweden, im still investigating how to solv it, keep me updated if you are lucky, i will send you info if mine will be fixed /Peter
