On my new asus laptop I cant use the touchpad to do anything. It seems to have locked. The cursor is on screen but doesnt move
I was on the laptop when suddenly the cursor froze and wouldn't move. There is only so much I could do when using the cursor arrows. I have pressed different function buttons and now the screen has turned on its side and when I try to enter my password it says it's wrong please help as I have lots of work still to do

Sometimes there's a mouse pic on one of your function keys to local/unlock pad. Hold the function key while tapping the f key once to unlock
