On my zte atrium (zte z793c) my microphone works everywhere but during calls. In calls the other person I am talking to says that they can barely hear me, it is a very low volume
It could be an issue with the Hardware or could be a glitch with the settings. To verify that you'll need to reset the phone to factory settings. If the phone is working normally after reset, you can use it, if not send it for repair.
