Bertini does not provide any repair service outside AU. The distributors are in charge of contacting Bertini and having the item repaired if something goes wrong.
Often they will just replace the item, and get expenses covered by Bertini.

The Dorel incorporated Bertini, they are now distributing parts in Europe, and providing support for Bertini along with Maxycosi, Quinny etc. and all their other brands.

Try contacting Dorel, and see if they can give the address of any repairer near to you.

The only alternative is contacting Bertini-Eichorn in Germany, that is importing the strollers in Europe.
