On the front end of the 95 eclipse I just bought there are rods not attached and I need to know which ones on a diagram and how to put them back together?

Compare the right side to the left side of the car. They should be almost identical. If it is not obvious to you just from looking under it, I suggest you pick up a haynes manual from autozone. They sell for around $20-25.
