On the very second use red light does not come up if pressed for longer blue light comes
I have just bought the product used it first time for cold milk, it worked fine next day wanted to use it with red light making milk hot and and frothy. Every time I very carefully try pressing the button, its surrounding light shows red but goes off. Very frustrated not even once it has worked.

Read the operating instructions again and if you are following then then take it back for a warranty replacement
