On Vista, gets knocked offline after a time of no use
Green light stop flashing and this requires you to replug the USB or restart. Anyone experience this? Have a solution? It is not all that uncommon to need to re-initiate a connection, but with this device there is not interface to refresh the connection--requires replug or restart, which is a pain.

Go to the properties of your wireless network connection and make sure that there are no sleep mode settings enabled. It should be listed under advanced settings.
