One of the two orange props came off when my young grandson and I first turned the boat on . On examination, I noted that the orange collar from which the blades extend was cracked. While this appears to be a mfg defect, review of sales sites suggests that purchasing a replacement prop is much easier than submitting a claim. Please advise how I can purchase 2 new orange props. Thank you. Ed English
Hello Ed, if the unit is new then i would return it to where it was bought there is no sense in you paying for a new prop when the original one they gave you was defective. Who makes the boat Im sure they have a customer service number that they provide can provide support for the product that they make. If you would like to purchase the props message me back with who the manufacturer is and if you have any further questions message me back Thanks Rick

I think you have been sweet talked on that ..cause I looked about half an hour on the net and there are no replacements for that product ...except if they will deliver...My advice if you really want to replace is to get in touch ith them again and see if there are any replacements parts that can be ordered from the manufacturer directly and do it if the price its good..If not ..do not hesitate to claim the rights that came with the warranty ..cause you may end up with a new item and not working ..If those fans would have been something available to buy on line ..I would find them in 5 minutes cause this is what I do all day ..but I can tell you for sure that unless they have some on sell on the site ..there are no such things ..and you may end up with a glued propeller .. have a nice evening ..!
