One tire locks up. When it's really cold it get's worse. If there is snow on the ground I get stuck all the time. I had this happen last year to a different tire and the machanic said the part was over $200.00 new so he got it used. I thought he said it was a bearing, I just saw a picture of one and that's not what he showed me he replaced. What could it be?
