I have an Onga pump SMH45 and once it is turned on the motor starts up and will not switch off. During this time, water is pumped through where required but when there is no water required it continues to run. I've checked and there are no leaks in the house. After about 30 mins the pump will stop (probably due to overheating) and no water is pumped through when toilets are flushed or garden hose it turned on. The lights on the pump are still on but pump does not run when water is required. I have to turn it off at the switch and wait for it to reset/cool down.
