Report "Onkyo AV Reciever Model #HT-R540 was given to me by a friend, it had been violently dropped by UPS, upon taking it apart noticed one of the plastic standoffs had broken through the circuit board in one of the amplifier sections near the heat sink. Bypassed the broken area by soldering wires and repaired a few cracked circuit traces, haven't found any more obvious problems. System won't power up at all, no standby light, line fuses are good and line voltage is present, and am receiving voltage output from the small transformer, a little confused about where I should measure voltage on the larger transformer. Help Please!"
