Open tray at the startup menu wont go away
As soon as i start up my xbox360, no matter what game's in it, it says open tray and repeatedly does this.

This is a dvd drive issue, i have had this before, your best bet if its under warranty to send it in, otherwise you may be able to get a dvd drive and install it yourself
