Opening QuickBooks Pro 2009
I recently installed Quickbooks Pro 2009 and I recieved an error message saying "This version of QuickBooks requires Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 (or later)." But I have Internet Explorer 8. I called customer support and they told me that it was an internal problem during installation. Can somebody help me?

Sounds like your re-installation of QB did not update your registry files properly.
I would suggest:
1) make a backup of your data
2) uninstalling QB
3) delete the QB installation folder entirely
4) re-install QB
5) restore your data
If this doesn't work, I can provide "remote desktop support" to try a more comprehensive approach.
