I have the mentioned 20" lcd monitor and it will display an image for a second when you first turn it on but then it goes black. The power button stays green and if I have a web page open and hold the monitor sideways I can faintly see the image. I have been told to replace the backlight and was wondering if anyone has done this or maybe has the instructions on how to get the backlight out of this monitor or to even get to it? I see a couple of screws behind the stand I removed from it but does the bezel/case just snap open or am I missing something? TIA for any advice, this will be the first time I fixed one of these
