Optiquest q9 monitor only works for a few seconds

Optiquest q9 monitor only works for a few seconds

The monitor works when i turn on computer, or when i adjust monitor settings, but only for 3-10 seconds, then goes black. i can do a few things to reactivate it, but it never stays on. is there anything i can do? Thanks
