Please look at the rear of your Computer cpu and let me know if it looks like this or not;

If it's similar, i'll assist you directly using this image. Or else if it's different, try your best to give me the snapshot of your pc's rear part. I'll indicate all the connectors and their corresponding hardware as well. It'll be very helpful for me to assist you if you can post me the pic of the backside of your pc .
