Oregon Scientific Radio controlled Thermo Clock RMR382A -
I have had this since Christmas and it was working fine. Yesterday, the top line for the outdoor temp just has 2 dashes. I changed the batteries in the remote and nothing happened. The remote is blinking the red light every so often, so I know that is working. The indoor temp and clock are working on the base. It is just the outdoor temp that we are having a problem with

Check the channel mode that you are in. I play with the channel /memory buttons on mine and I finally get it to work. Sometimes it worksfor weeks sometimes just a day. Just glad I can get it to work - thought it was the remote unit but I was wrong.
