Easy fix before you spend money. Hold/tie the sprayer input nozzle on a tap, preferably hot water. Turn on the sprayer and let the pressure from the hot tap water push out the clog and clean the sprayer. Remember to rinse the sprayer after use too so it don't clog again.
I called Ortho and they did not want to send me a new sprayer. They told me to take pliers and remove the nozzle then soak in warm water. They also suggested I hold at shoulder height and spray directly to the ground for 30 seconds.
Unscrew from bottle, turn straw portion upside down and run for 10 seconds. Screw back on, make sure sprayer is lower than bottle and spray for 15 seconds. Should be working as normal.
You spend extra money just to get frustrated after the first time using it and it clogs!!! Shouldn't have to take anything apart, especially after using it one time !!!!

This is our second and last one to buy. Spend more money for something that requires more work than just the regular one.
There's something seriously wrong when you use it for the first time and it doesn't spray as it's supposed to.
