Report "Oster 4 cup model 3301 coffee maker. Worked fine this morning, but I tried again and coffee grains overflowed everywhere. And it was not brewing. I am certain the basket which hold the permanent filter was not properly inserted. How to be sure that it has been inserted properly so that this does not happen again. Also it did not seem to close completely. I am now waiting for it to cool so that I can rinse it and begin again"
