Report "Our Danze Opulance kitchen faucet (model D414357) is approximately 3-4 years old and has been leaking steadily. In the past we have had to replace the sprayer unit. New steps taken so far: 1) Replaced the spout shank assembly. Leak continued. 2) Replaced the ceramic disk cartridge for hot side. Leak continues and is now slightly WORSE. Is there anything about installing a new cartridge that we should be alerted to? When the hot water supply hose is turned off, the leak stops. Although I have like the faucet and sprayer, it seems like this unit has needed far more replacements due to leaks than our old Moen. We are so frustrated; any advice will be appreciated"
