Our dtamax I-4208 is displaying red error message and a chekered black bar across its panel after we changed the roll of labels. Please help

Hello,
The Datamax I-4208 returns a position fault error if it cannot sense the label gap where its supposed to be, or if the sensor returns a value outside the permitted range. Re-calibrate to correct the error.

Hello,
If you use ms-access you must have installed the windows driver,
therefore you must enable the cutter in the printer properties.
Position fault is that it does not detect the label, must be press the
FEED key or to calibrate, press the FEED key for 5 seconds to calibrate
the sensor label.
You can also check the user manual for more information as regards this.
