is this your first time of trying to view the files on the CD? I think the CD drive on your computer is the one that cannot load the files on the CD.

Try to load the CD on another computer, make sure the drive is CD/DVD RW so that it can have power to read the files on the CD.

Once it reads it, you can copy the files on the CD into a flash and run the setup on your computer or better still, you could run the setup on the computer the reads the CD.

But if you try to load the CD on several computers and they still do not read the CD, then is would be obvious that the CD is not good or has be damaged mistakenly. In this case you need to get another CD, from where you bought the Falcon 310 or from someone you know that has exactly the same Falcon model as yours.

In summary, its either the CD drive you are trying to load the CD with is unable to load the CD or the CD itself is not good.
