Our Fellowes 220 Powershred Strip-Cut Shredder is not pulling the paper through to shred. The motor runs forward and in reverse. However, the automatic button will not hold and the paper will not pull threw at all. How do we fix this or troubleshoot possible problems or who can we call for repair?
