Our kirby generation 3 trips out when the rubber protection sides touch a wall or object
We had our machine serviced January 2016. since we brought it back the machine trips when the side rubber lining touches a wall or other object. we consulted the service provider but as we live 150 miles away,we are a bit stuck. any advice? rgs andy

A hot wire is hitting the frame. Unplug it take your time and remove the housing around the motor and you will find the stripped wire. Cover it with GOOD electrical tape and you should be all set
