Our kuppersbusch coffee maker EKV 6800.1M is not working inthat it is not dispensing enough water in the coffee mode. Any solutions? Can someone come out to service it?

Refer to the programming steps in the operation manual. It allows you to adjust the volumn of water for each setting.
