Our La Pavoni Lusso machine has not been used for a couple of months. We put water in to prime the pump, and nothing comes out. We can hear the pump going, and the heater indicator light is working. Any ideas? We dont' want to keep it on for fear of damaging the pump

Hi there,
Try opening the steam nozzle while trying to pump the water through as this will get rid of any air locks. Otherwise it may be a build up of scale in the boiler or the pump itself. Try that and descale if you can.
