Even vegetables like brocoli can take 10 minutes. I have used mircrowaves and convections in the past and never had anything so slow. It is probably 2 years old - it came with the house we just purchased so I don't really know but it doesn't look old at all. I have read the manual which tells me not much at all really and its definately on the highest setting can you help?
