Our Optoma TL50W has too much range and interferes with other similar projectors. We need to run 6-7 data projectors with laptops within 20 to 40 feet from one another in a conference center
We have to use 6 or 7 data projectors with MacBook laptops within 20-40 from one another in a conference center. The concern is interference since the projectors have the same IP address. We currently own a TL50W projector and really like the size and being wireless, but are concerned about interference if we buy more. Any advice you have will be appreciated. Thanks!

Wireless has CSMA/CD to detect and avoid transmission when you have multiple devices, so having more than one shouldn't be a problem. You can't however give them the same IP. That's just not allowed on a network. There should be away to give them different IP's or just configure them for DHCP so your network will configure them for you.
