Report "Our phones have been working fine without incident for almost 5 years, as is.We no longer have the Administrative Switchboard, as our phone system was separated between two offices. This morning, with no change made to the phone system, when I pressed 981 to retrieve messages as always, it said the mailbox was locked. So I attempted to press feature 983 and it states that it will not allow me to use it. I cannot get past that point. Help!"
