Report "Our Riso will not pull paper from the tray.It hits the plastic ledge on a part that backs up the feed wheel which is on the oppisite side of the paper from the wheel. This piece has a sticky gluey substance on it and apprears to be worn down which has left a ledge that is hanging up the paper. Can this be replaced? Is the sticky substance what the paper is supposed to be riding on or is it just glue to hold the piece on that the paper rides on?"
