Our spa components have started coming on without us turning them on. This started when someone turned on the spa controls at the spa but that was several days ago. Also there is no consistency to when these components turn on. Is there a problem with the controller or somethign else like a short?

Our spa comes on all by it's self.When we turn on pool pump it flips into spa pump.We have to put it out of service to shut it down.Can not control from inside.
