If the spouts are blocked the water is not distributed evenly and part . First check the water tank to make sure it is filled. Second, check that the service door on the front of the unit is fully closed. Otherwise, the machine will not operate. Also check the brewing system. It may need to be cleaned. And lastly, check the bean container to make sure there are beans present and that the container is not too full. If still the same problem then its a clear problem of water heating valve got stuck open.it needs to be checked and replaced if its faulty. Thanks. keep updated for any more query.you can rate this solution and show your appreciation.
how do we check the water valve? to whom should this issue be addressed? I am very dissatisfied with your response so far as the machine would obviously not even start if the things you mentioned had not already been done.how do we check the water valve? to whom should this issue be addressed? I will explain it to you. When you turn the valve to the espresso position, there is a switch that starts the pump, which pressurizes the heating chamber and hot water to about 15 atmospheres (220 psi) of pressure. This forces the hot water through the ground coffee and out of the spouts. So if there is any issue with water heating valve as i said in my previous answer, say if water heating valve got stuck open. as it cannot pressurize the water or sometimes over pressurize the water causing the problem of more water than coffee. This is caused by faulty heating valve which should be checked and replaced to solve the problem.
