Our swiss railway wall clock runs very slow. changed batteries twice in 2 week period but it loses an hour or more per day. help! a lot of money for a clock that only worked a couple of months

If it is within the warranty period (usually a year), then you should return it to your supplier, with an explanation of the problem.
They should replace it free of charge.
