Our water is currently luke warm and the water heater itself feels cold. The reset button was popped out and we pushed it back in- hopefully that's all it was but not sure. What would cause the reset button to pop out??

It could be a warning that one of the elements is going bad check them to se if they have any corrosion or bumps/cracks
