I am completely unable to take outdoor pictures at all - way over-exposed with flash turned off. Some indoor pics slightly over-exposed, fiddled with flash setting, and with various setting options - scene settings. nothing works. It is broken? Where to repair?

Try setting ISO value to 100. If this does not work, return it to the retailer.
