My smeg C9GMXA oven does not heat up to the desired temp. If I set it on 250degrees it only gets to around 100 degrees I have checked bothe elements and they test 33 ohms each, and have no sign that they have blown, however one element doesn't seem to be heating up. Could this be a thermostat problem?
