Overheated Minn Kota Endura28
My Minn Kota Endura 28 overheated after 90 mins on the lake and a puff of smoke was noticed. The cables from the battery fused together from the heat.Do I simply need to replace the switch and cables or is there something more complex to be repaired? Thanks

This sounds like a fairly big deal. You need to check it water got into the motor. Turn it upside down and see if water comes out of the handle end of the motor. This may be a shop deal.
