Ozito PED-3000 wont start. Fuel doesnt seem to be getting to spark plug. Spark plug is fine (makes a spark). It almost starts if spark plug is dipped in the fuel and put back.Any more hints??

Sounds more like flooding, back jets off to minimum settings and try new plug
