You need to check and see what is causing the cylinder 3 to misfire.The only thing you did not replace is the injector.I would try swapping it with number 1 or 5 and see if the code changes.If it does then replace the injector if not then check compression on the number 3 cylinder.Check the wiring and terminals for the mas air flow sensor and make sure it is making good contact and the terminals are clean.You should also check the wiring between the ignition control module and the pcm.This could be the cause of the p1361.I would check the connectors by the pcm because it is by the air cleaner and the wiring could get corroded.The other thing is these engines are known for intake gaskets going and coolant will get into the valves and cylinders.Make sure the egr is not sticking open.Also you did not say what year your vehicle is.Hope this helps.Good luck and let me know if you need any more help or if you think of anything else.
