Packard bell easynote new95 will not charge up or stay turned on. I have tried a new battery and charger but still have the same problem. Can anyone help please

If you already have replaced your battery then you might need a new charger which is not charging your any battery at all.
I also tried a new charger i have also tried my batteries and chargers on my friends identical laptop and they work fine so i think it has to be a laptop isue any idears ?
