Packard bell lap top
My wife recently purchased her lap top in Belgium. It came wiith a 2 year factory warrenty. We now reside in California. She normally leaves her lap top running when we go out, We came back from shopping and she seen that her lap top had a black screen. My wife tried to restart the lap top and found out that it wasn't working. We've been trying to find a service center that would work on it here in the USA and haven't had any luck. Do you have any ideas what might be the problem? the lap top is a Easynote W3903

Packard Bell only seem to have a european site from what I can tell. If your wife can understand the language, check out the belgium site for W3903 by clicking here and see if you go through the troubleshooter, whether they would be prepared to repair it from a non-european shipping address. If they would not, it's not likely you'll find anyone who deals with it, as Packard Bell seems to be an exclusively european brand.
