Packard bell zh7, had virus did reboot ,now has message which reads,The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error.windows installation cannot proceed.To install windows,click ok to restart the computer ,and then restart installation .I have done this 3 times but the same message comes up.Please help in simple language .Thanks

You are going to have to use the restore/recovery process to get past this. The virus corrupted a major file and now it wont boot. I hope you made backups.
