Panda says the code is wrong
We just got Panda and have downloaded it on one computer (sucessfully). Now I am trying to download it on my own, and each time I type in the code (re-checking it numerous times to ensure correctness) it says "error - incorrect code"
The box says it is suppose to support up to 3 computers. Why won't it let me activate it? Is my computer still protected without the activation?

If this is a new install, you would have installed it on the first computer with selecting you do not have a client/customer number after entering the activation code/email address
On the second computer you are now a client and would have been sent a client/customer number, username and password
When activating use the following now on the second computer and also the third
activation code
email address
client/customer number (received in email)

If the Panda is by your clock in the task bar Panda is running. Without activation, you cannot get the latest definitions. I use Panda! If you recently purchased it, call the Tec help hot-line, they should assist you free of charge.
