Paper jam message
Printer has error message "clear paper jam, then press ok" but there is no paper in the printer. We have opened every door and tried rebooting the printer, but the message remains. It will not let me use any other functions...like its frozen.

Is any of the buttons on your printer flashing?
you might have a cartridge problem
did you install the cartridges correctly? exclamation mark is usually indicating that something is not right with the cartridges.
When you say you tried rebooting the printer, what did you do exactly?
Check the cartridges again, try taking off the installation of your printer, then install it back again, that usually helps.
