Paper jam When trying to print a test print page, I receive an error in the status monitor mode that states "A paper jem occurred while loading paper." I checked the printer for any jams but am unable to find any. Can anyone please help?

Try by reinstalling the drivers, if the printer gives the same error then your printer need to be serviced
