Have checked and there is plenty of paper in the tray (have tried with a full and part full tray) There are no obvious broken bits either on the paper tray or inside the printer. If I remove the bypass tray I can see that the paper is being raised up to the rubber pick up rollers. The printer is not trying to pick up (i.e. no sound or movement). Is there a sensor somewhere that may be stuck perhaps?
