part that holds the weigt bar. They are stainless coated(?) that are on the front on both sides. Also, What are they made of (are they steel and then dipped in a stainless looking finish? Mine have gotten rusted. I lost my manual. Thank you very much

To find the manual go to iconfitness.com and download the manual for WEBE37340 (free)(thec650) you can also find replacement parts there on the site. Those brackets are actually called your spotter racks/weight rests. I believe they are part number 53 in the back of the manual.
