We have partner "voice messaging PC card" and a "Remote Access PC card" I did what consultel1 said, but after I press 0, it tells me "your call has been transfered to receptionist". What should I do next?

You need to press 0 at the voicemail login prompt. If you dont have a button programmed you can dial Intercom-7-7-7. If the system is configured properly you will get the login prompt. You can then dial 0# for the admin login. The default password is 1234#
