Password required for deleting contact
I have Samsung E250. From the settings menu, I have copied all my contacts from the Phone memory onto my SIM card. There is another option of deleting the contacts stored either in phone/sim/both. Now that i have duplicate contacts (one in phone memory and the same copied to SIM) I want to delete the duplication in the phone memory. When i press the delete option called 'Delete all in Phone' it asks for a password.
Now i have never entered any password and i do not have the manual also to refer for this. I tried '0000, 1111, 2222....1234, etc. but none works.
Pls help me find the password.

Hi, it is 9 zeros and the problem was fixed, tx for the hint.
I had the same problem but I deleted mine one by one manually....but now I have another problem. When I send a txt msg I have duplicates in that area and it sends 2 txt msgs
Hey I solved it myself!!!
initially i was entering only four digits, but this time I just kept entering '0' as many times as the phone takes (which i think is six digits)....and VOILA...everything done!!!!
