Patten doesn't revolve. Belt is fine. motor spindle is spinning, but the pulley on the top of it spins on it. The patten mounting spins, but not quickly inthe main bearing. Do I need to do something to make the patten spindle spin more easily or stop the pulley spinning so easily on the motor spindle? and how?
